Each 45 minute class is jam packed with bumpin music, high energy, and LED lights to motivate you.

We value the uniqueness each person brings to class and aspire to leave each person 1% better than when they stepped in.

We teach classes based on Lagree Fitness, which is a high-intensity, low-impact workout focused on core strength and muscular endurance training.

Lagree strengthens, tightens and tones the body safely through spring-based resistance training.

FAQs

  • We’re so excited to have you! Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can check you in and make sure you have everything you need. Prepare for 45 minutes of high energy and slow tempo exercises! Class is limited to 8 people, so your instructor will be able to help answer questions or show any modifications needed.

  • For class, we recommend having a water, a small towel for sweat, and mandatory grip socks. If you forgot or don’t have any of these items, the studio rents and sells everything you need.

  • All classes are 45 minutes and full body. There are 4 blocks of class, each targeting different muscle groups (center core, obliques, lower body and upper body).

  • You can sign up for class online through the website, by emailing the studio, or through our app. Download the Glofox app and search for Core 45 Lagree.

  • We have a 4 hour cancellation window. If you reserve a spot to class and cancel within 4 hours of class start time, you will be charged $10. If you pre-register for class and do not show up, you will be charged $15.

    We do not allow late entry into class.

  • Yes, you must pre-register for a spot in class. You can do this through the website, the Glofox app, or by emailing us to book.
